A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF
EMINENT DOMAIN ON THE CAYLOR LANE
(EVA LANE TO CHICOT ROAD) STREET
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, attempts to acquire temporary construction easements necessary for construction of the
Caylor Lane (Eva Lane to Chicot Road) Street Improvements Project have been unsuccessful; and
WHEREAS, efforts will continue to acquire necessary property without the use of eminent domain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City is authorized to use eminent domain to complete acquisition of temporary
construction easements for this project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this property is available in account 314-220-SRI 1.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
