A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
TOWNSHIP BUILDERS, INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE FRANKLIN
ELEMENTARY AND BALE ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL SIDEWALK PROJECT
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the construction of the Franklin Elementary and
Bale Elementary School Sidewalk Project,
AND, Township Builders, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Township Builders for construction of the Franklin Elementary and Bale Elementary
School Sidewalk Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available in accounts 318 - 220 -SW05 and 318-
220 -SWOT. Amount for construction services: $99,499.40 ($90,454 plus 10%
contingencies) .
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
