LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
MINUTES
City Hall — 500 W. Markham
January 11, 2005
4:00 PM
The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas met in a reconvened session
with Mayor Dailey presiding. The meeting was reconvened from January 4, 2005 for the
purpose of the annual evaluation of the City Manager, Bruce Moore. City Clerk, Nancy
Wood called the roll with the following Directors Present: Pugh, Keck, Wyrick, Stewart,
Hurst, Cazort, Hinton, Adcock, Kumpuris, Vice Mayor Graves, and Mayor Dailey.
Mayor Dailey called the meeting to order at 5:20 PM. Mayor Dailey stated the purpose
of the meeting. A motion was made by Director Keck seconded by Director Hurst to
recess the meeting to go into executive session at 5:25 P.M. By unanimous voice vote of
the Board members present, being two thirds in number, the meeting was recessed. The
meeting reconvened at 6:25 PM. Mayor Dailey called the meeting back in session and
announced that the Board and stated without exception, Mr. Moore has met and exceeded
expectations, has served the City well, and they were very pleased with his performance.
Mayor Dailey announced that Mr. Moore would be receiving a 4% increase in salary as
was the salary received by all city employees for 2005. Director Cazort made the motion
to approve the annual salary increase, Director Keck seconded the motion and by
unanimous voice vote of the Board members present, the motion carried. Director Keck
made the motion, seconded by Director Cazort to adjourn. By unanimous voice vote of
the Board members present, the meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM.
