4 ASSESSED CLEAN ENERGY (PACE) ACT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
5 BOARD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed as members of the Property Assessed
10 Clean Energy(PACE)Act Improvement District Board:
11 Brady Aldy, appointed to serve his first one (1)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on June 1,
12 2016.
13 Britt Johnson, appointed to serve his first one(1)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on June 1,
14 2016.
