3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JULY 7, 2015, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON A PRIVATE INGRESS-EGRESS
5 EASEMENT ADJACENT TO LOT 10, HIGH CIRCLE ADDITION;
6 LOCATED AT 10 CIRCLE HIGH DRIVE (G-24-047), IN THE CITY OF
7 LITTLE,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 approve the abandonment of ingress-egress Easement "B" adjacent to Lot 10, High Circle Addition;
11 located at 10 Circle High Drive, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-
12 54-104;
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held
16 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
17 o'clock on June 16, 2015.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
