3 A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT THREE (3) COMMISSIONERS TO FILL
4 VACANCIES ON THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE PECAN
5 MUNICIPAL RECREATIONAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 OF THE
6 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Pecan lake Improvement District No. 4 of Little Rock,
9 Arkansas, has three (3) vacancies due to the resignations of Evelyn Rose -Jones and Mary Rogers and the
10 termination of Mr. Jeter Krippendorf; and,
11 WHEREAS, the current commissioner recommends that the City appoint Mr. Phillip Wilson, Ms.
12 Denise White and Mr. Steven Bell, all residents of Pecan Lake Subdivision, to fill the vacancies on the
13 Board of Commissioners;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby appoints Mr. Phillip Wilson, Ms. Denise White and Mr.
17 Steven Bell as Commissioners on the Board of Commissioners of the Pecan Lake Municipal Recreational
18 Improvement District No. 4 of the City of Little Rock.
19 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
20 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
23 resolution.
24 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
25 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
