AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A PROPERTY IN THE 1900 BLOCK
OF HINSON LOOP ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43-2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
' CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, .
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-3262 - A parcel of land lying in the West 1/2 of the West
1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33,
Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and being more particularly described as follows: Starting
at the Southeast corner of said W 1/2 W 1/2 NE 1/4 NW 1/4,
Section 33, thence N 0° 23' E 208.5 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue N 0° 12' E 163.3 feet; thence
N 89° 37' W 223.5 feet; thence S 0° 23' W 163.3 feet; thence
S 89° 37' E 223.5 feet to the point of beginning containing
.837 of an acre more or less.
From "A" One-family District to "MF-18" Multi-family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43-2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
