ORDINANCE NO. 13,543
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43-2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRCTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . That the zone classification of the
followingproperties be and is hereby P changed as
indicated:
SUBSECTION (a) Z-3256, described as Lots 15 and
16 , Block 7 , Elmhurst Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas ,
from "B" Residence District to "E-1" Quiet Business
District.
SUBSECTION (b) Z-3265, described as the east 180
feet of Block 16, Kimball 's South Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas , from "F"
Commercial District to "E" Apartment District.
SUBSECTION ( c) Z-3267, described as Lots 1 and 2,
Block 2, Gallagher Addition to the CityofLittle Rock,
from "E-1" Quiet Business District to "F" Commercial
District .
SUBSECTION (d) Z-3269, described as a tract of
land located in the southwest 1/4 , southwest 1/4,
Section 33, Township 2 north, Range 13 west, Pulaski
County, Arkansas , more particularly described as :
Beginning at the southwest corner of the southwest
1/4, southwest 1/4 said Section 33; thence north
0° , 55 minutes , 57 seconds west along the west
line of said southwest 1/4, southwest 1/4, 429
feet to a point; thence north 67° , 02 minutes , 33
seconds east, 235 . 69 feet to a point; thence
south 38° , 52 minutes, 23 seconds east, 125.88
--feet to a point; thence- south 71° , 41 minutes , 12
seconds east, 478 . 56 feet to a point; thence south
0° , 52 minutes , 18 seconds east, 263 feet to a
point on the south line of said southwest 1/4,
southwest 1/4 ; thence south 89° , 07 minutes, 42

District.
SECTION 2. That : the map referred to in Section
43-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
and designated District Map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section
hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after its passage and
approval.
