AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 13, 520
THAT APPROPRIATED FUNDS FOR THE RAYMOND
REBSAMEN/UNIVERSITY PARK TENNIS CENTER COMPLEX.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 13,520, Section 2, Subsection
1(a) appropriating funds and awarding a contract to Kinco Con-
struction Co. for the construction of the Raymond Rebsamen/University
Park Tennis Center Complex is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. 'It has been found that the procedures for awarding
the contract were in error; and that the City needs to rebid the
projects immediately. Therefore, this ordinance is necessary for
the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and an
emergency is declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall bein
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
