HomeMy WebLinkAbout13539 ORDINANCE NO. 13,539 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR ADDITIONAL WORK TO BE DONE ON THE HUGHES STREET IMPROVE- MENT PROJECT. WHEREAS, after the Hughes Street Improvement Project was initially contracted, the Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department directed that three changes be effected and certain utility relocations must be done. WHEREAS, this project is a Federal Aid Urban Project, funded 70% by the Federal Government and 30% by the City of Little Rock. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That $10, 910. 00 be appropriated for the City' s share of the expenses for: (a) Additional pipe drainage; (b) Additional drop inlet adjacent to First Lutheran School; (c) Retaining wall- to decrease steepness of lawn; (d) Utility relocations.
