• AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR TRAFFIC
SIGNAL EQUIPMENT FOR GEYER SPRINGS ROAD.
WHEREAS, the major capital improvement of Geyer Springs
Road involves improving the traffic flow through changes in the
traffic signal system;. and
WHEREAS, the. owners of Southwest City Mall will contribute
- -. $60, 000 of the $112,724 estimated cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That $52, 724 Is appropriated from the' Unappro—
priated surplus of the Street Fund for signalizing the Geyer .
Springs/Dreher.Lane intersection and Young Road intersection and
providing an interconnect between the Geyer Springs signals.
SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect '
from and after its passage.
