AN ORDINANCE .APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
CABLE TELEVISION EVALUATION CONTRACT WITH
TELECOMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors authorized the City Manager
to enter into a contract with Telecommunications Management Cor-
poration for the evaluation of Cable Television proposals; and
WHEREAS, the cost of such is offset by application fees paid
by all bidders;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That $9, 500. 00 be appropriated from the unappro-
priated balance of the General Fund to cover costs of the evalua-
tion.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
