3,534 -AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY- AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF INTERSTATE ROUTE NO. 30 AND
SCOTT HAMILTON DRIVE IN THE CITY. OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 43-2 OF THE CODE OF
• ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS . -
SECTION 1 . That the zoned classification of the
following properties be and' is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-3239 A tract of land described as the northwest
1/4 southwest 1/4 , Section 32, Township 1 North, .Range
12 West, Pulaski - County, Arkansas, except the south 200
feet thereof and except the west 200 feet thereof
AND
'All of the north 1/2 northeast 1/4 southwest 1/4 ,
Section 32, lying west of the west right-of-way line of
Scott Hamilton Drive, Township 1 North, Range 12 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas .

A tract of land located in the west 1/2, Section 32,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, H. 0

Arkansas , more particularly described as : ' Beginning at P
the southwest corner of the southeast 1/4 northwest - 0 0
1/4 , said . Section 32; thence north 0° 36 ' east along Fns .

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43-2
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
