AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LANDS
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND MAKING SAME A
PART OF THE CITY OF LITTLE. ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the County Clerk of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, by the owners of the hereinafter
described lands praying that saidlands be annexed to and
made a part of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, on October 3, 1978, the County. Court of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, found that the petition was properly
executed on behalf of the owner of the real property in the
area to be annexed; that said lands are contiguous to and.
adjoining thepresentcorporate limits of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas; that anaccurate map of said lands had been
filed with and made a part of said petition; that proper
notice had been given for the time and in the manner prescribed
by law; that all things pertaining thereto had been done in
the manner prescribed by law and that said lands should be
annexted to and made a part of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, subject to the acceptance of same by the Board of
Directors of said City at the proper time as provided by
law; and
WHEREAS, there were AO objections or appearances in
opposition to the aforementioned Order of Annexation and
that the matterhad been completed and is proper to annex by
ordinance to said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE .IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following described lands contiguous to
and adjoining the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the
same are hereby accepted as part of and annexed to and made
a part of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
to-wit:
Lot 3, Hinson Place: Part of the W1/2 Wl/2 NE1/4 NW1/4,
Section 33, T-2-N, R-13-W, Pulaski. County, Arkansas,

described as:
Starting at the SE corner of said Wl/2 W1/2 NE1/4
NW1/4, Section 33, thence North 371. 8' to the point of
beginning; thence N 89°37" W 223. 5' ; thence N 0°23 ' E
78' ; thence S 89°37 ' E 111. 75' ; thence N 0°23 ' E 25' ;
thence S 89°37' E 111. 75; thence S 0°23 'W 103 ' to the
point of beginning, containing 0. 46 acres more or less
including any adjoining streets, alleys and other
rights of way.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
