HomeMy WebLinkAbout19272ORDINANCE NO. 19,272 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIANCES FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED FRONT BUILDING LINE (15 -FEET) ON THE PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL LOTS FOR THE WHISPERING HILLS SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1454), LOCATED SOUTH OF ALEXANDER ROAD, WEST OF PAM DRIVE SOUTH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Whispering Hills Subdivision Preliminary Plat (5 -1454) as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(a) to allow Lots I — 15 of the Whispering Hills Subdivision to develop with a 15 -foot front building line. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
