Located in T1N R13W Sec. 16, the Proposed Collector in the northeast quadrant 13 of Bowman Road and 36t Street is to be removed from the Master Street Plan map and text. 14 SECTION 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 15 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 16 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in 17 full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally 18 a part of the ordinance. 19 SECTION 3. Repealer.
