3 AN ORDINANCE TO ABANDON THE EAST 133 FEET OF THE ALLEY
4 RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK 7, PFEIFER'S ADDITION
5 WHICH IS ADJACENT TO LOTS 6 THROUGH 11, BLOCK 7,
6 PFEIFER'S ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
7 (G-23-453); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a request was made to abandon the East 133 feet of the alley right-of-way located
10 within Block 7, Pfeifer's Addition, which portion requested to be abandoned being adjacent to Lots 6
11 through 11, Block 7, Pfeifer's Addition, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to the City's
12 general Police Power Authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14-54-104; and,
13 WHEREAS,the Board has determined all adjacent property owners have agreed to the abandonment
14 request and no other property owners are required to be notified of the request, and the Hillcrest
15 Residents' Association has been notified of the public hearing;
16 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons the East 133 feet of the
19 alley right-of-way located within Block 7, Pfeifer's Addition, which portion of the alley to be abandoned
20 being adjacent to Lots 6 through 11, Block 7, Pfeifer's Addition.
21 Section 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the real estate
22 records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in ex officio recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part
27 of the ordinance.
28 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
29 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
