4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON APPROXIMATELY 413
5 LINEAR-FEET OF THE UNDEVELOPED 31.74-FOOT WIDE KIRK
6 ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, LOCATED WEST OF THE CURRENT
7 DEDICATED KIRK ROAD (ACROSS KIRK ROAD FROM THE
8 FELLOWSHIP BIBLE CHURCH DEVELOPMENT) (G-23-454), IN THE
9 CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
12 abandon approximately 413 linear-feet of the undeveloped 31.74-foot wide Kirk Road right-of-way,
13 located west of the current dedicated Kirk Road (across Kirk Road from the Fellowship Bible Church
14 development), pursuant to its general Police Power Authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104;
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held
18 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
19 o'clock on March 17, 2015.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
