3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 7, 2015, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE PETITION TO APPEAL THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
6 THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM,
7 A COMMUNITY POOL AND CLUBHOUSE LOCATED AT 10000 OLD
8 ARKANSAS ROAD, ROLAND, ARKANSAS (Z-8937-A); AND FOR
9 OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the appeal of the Planning
12 Commission's action in approving a Conditional Use Permit of a wastewater treatment system, a
13 community pool and clubhouse located at 10000 Old Arkansas Road, Roland, Arkansas (S-1737),
14 pursuant to its general Police Power Authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104, in the City of Little
15 Rock.
16 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The hearing on the resolution to appeal the Planning Commission's action in approving a
19 conditional use permit to allow the construction of a wastewater treatment system, a community pool and
20 clubhouse located at 10000 Old Arkansas Road, Roland, Arkansas (Z-8937-A), shall be held at a meeting
21 of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on
22 April 7, 2015.
23 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
24 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
25 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
