3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 7, 2015, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE PETITION TO APPEAL THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 APPROVAL OF VARIANCES ASSOCIATED WITH A PRELIMINARY
6 PLAT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10000 OLD ARKANSAS ROAD,
7 ROLAND,ARKANSAS (S-1737); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the appeal of the Planning
10 Commission's approval of variances associated with a preliminary plat for property located at 10000 Old
11 Arkansas Road, Roland, Arkansas (S-1737), pursuant to its general Police Power Authority under Ark.
12 Code Ann. §14-54-104, in the City of Little Rock.
13 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the resolution to appeal the Planning Commission's approval of variances
16 associated with a preliminary plat for property located at 10000 Old Arkansas Road, Roland, Arkansas
17 (S-1737), shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board
18 Room of City Hall at six o'clock on April 7, 2015.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
21 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
