That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 13 UU, Urban Use District,to PD-O, Planned Development-Office: 14 15 Lots 4 thru 7, Block 263; Part of Lots 3,4 and 5,All of Lots 6 thru 8, part of 16 Lots 9 and 10, Block 289; Lots 7 thru 9, Block 306 all in the Original City of 17 Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the former alley right-of-way 18 adjacent to Block 289,Original City of Little Rock,Arkansas, abandoned by 19 Ordinance No. 20,968 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on 20 December 2, 2014, and Parts of the former rights-of-way for West 8`h, Cross 21 and Ringo Streets adjacent to Blocks 263, 289 and 306 as abandoned by 22 Ordinance No. 20,968 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on 23 December 2,2014. 24 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by 25 the Little Rock Planning Commission. 26 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for MEMS Headquarters 27 Short-Form PD-O(Z-8998), located at 1022 West 8th Street, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan 28 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of 29 Ordinances. 30 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of 31 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the 32 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 33 [Page 1 of 21 1 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval 2 of the plan. 3 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 4 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 5 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain 6 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not 7 originally a part of the ordinance. 8 SECTION 7. Repealer.
