11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
12 ARKANSAS.
13 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from
14 I-2, Light Industrial District,to PID, Planned Industrial District:
15 Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, and
16 part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13,
17 Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as
18 follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of SW '/4 SW '/4 Section 13, T-
19 1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence east 80.7 feet to the west
20 right-of-way line of Stannus Road; thence S00°27'W along said right-of-way
21 498 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°27'W along said right-of-way
22 97.03 feet; thence S06°26'37"W along new right-of-way 50.46 feet to the new
23 north right-of-way of Colonel Glenn Road; thence S64°23'30"W along said
24 right-of-way 80.63 feet to the west line of said SW '/4 SW 1/4; thence continue
25 S64°23'30"W along said right-of-way 29.83 feet; thence S46°45'11"W along
26 said right-of-way 46.46 feet; thence N35°19'02"W 154.96 feet; thence
27 N09°44'46"W 59.29 feet;thence N66°16'03"E 75.38 feet; thence N73°27'26"E
28 47.61 feet;thence N85°50'46"E 25.0 feet;thence S87°47'12"E 100.0 feet to the
29 point of beginning containing 0.88 acres+0.3 acres+ SW `/4 SW'/4 Section 13
30 and 0.56 acres SE'/4 SE'/4 Section 14,subject together with the right of ingress
31 and egress by way of the existing driveway across property owned by grantor
32 located at 4122 Stannus Road for as long as grantee owns the property being
33 conveyed.

1 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by
2 the Little Rock Planning Commission.
3 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for
4 Kayla Cole Short-Form PID (Z-8996), located at 7600, 7604, 7604 %2 Colonel Glenn Road and 4122
5 Stannus Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter
6 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
7 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
8 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
9 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
10 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval
11 of the plan.
12 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
13 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
14 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain
15 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
16 originally a part of the ordinance.
17 SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
18 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
19 inconsistency.
