That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 14 PD-O, Planned Development—Office,to Revised PD-O: 15 The north twenty-five (25) feet of Lot 13 and all of Lots 14 and 15, Block 1, 16 Strong and Waters Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, 17 Arkansas. 18 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by 19 the Little Rock Planning Commission. 20 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for A & A Investment 21 Fillmore Street Revised Short-Form PD-O (Z-8850-A), located on the northeast corner of West 22 Markham and Fillmore Streets, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time 23 specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of Ordinances. 24 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of 25 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the 26 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 27 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval 28 of the plan. 29 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 30 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 31 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain 32 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not 33 originally a part of the ordinance.
