4 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND
5 REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY
6 SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of Arkansas Arts
11 Center Board of Trustees:
12 Susan Fleming, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term expiring on December
13 31,2017.
14 Annette Herrington, appointed to serve her first three(3)-year term, said term expiring on December
15 31, 2017.
16 Sheila Wright, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term expiring on December 31,
17 2017.
18 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
