4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
5 LUCY SELF STORAGE LONG-FORM PD-C (Z-8978), LOCATED AT
6 10616 STAGECOACH ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
7 THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-
13 2, Single-Family District,to PD-C, Planned Development—Commercial:
14 That portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter,Section 8,T-1-S,R-
15 13-W,Pulaski County,Arkansas described as follows: Commencing at the northwest
16 corner of said NW'A of NW'A,thence S02°31'09"West,a distance of 488.25 feet to a
17 capped rebar and the point of beginning; thence S88°33'13"East a distance of 516.72
18 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 5; thence
19 S10°42'51" West, along said right-of-way line a distance of 42.52 feet; thence
20 516°42'51" West, along said right-of-way line a distance of 94.27 feet; thence
21 S26°44'56" West along said right-of-way line a distance of 94.44 feet; thence
22 S45°01'59" West, along said right-of-way line a distance of 118.78 feet; thence
23 557°43'17" West, along said right-of-way line a distance of 49.88 feet to a 1/4-inch
24 rebar,leaving said right-of-way line,thence N34°15'53"West,a distance of 33.97 feet
25 to the point of beginning containing 2.92 acres,more or less.
26 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
27 Little Rock Planning Commission.
28 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Lucy Self Storage Long-Form
29 PD-C (Z-8978), located at 10616 Stagecoach Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
30 within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
31 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
32 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
33 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

1 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of
2 the plan.
3 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, parara h, item, sentence, clause, phrase
,
4 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
5 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
6 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
7 ordinance.
8 SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
9 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
