3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-7508-B: Described as a parcel of land in the NW '/4 NW '/4, Section 22,Township
13 1 North,Range 13 West,Pulaski County,Arkansas,described as follows: •

15 Commencing at the NW corner of said NW '/4 NW '/4 Section 22, thence run south
16 543.8 feet to a point, thence run south 543 feet to a point, thence run south 89°29'
17 east twenty-five (25) feet to a point of beginning,thence run north 518 feet to a point
18 at the right-of-way line of Talley Road and Colonel Glenn Road, thence run along
19 the south line of Colonel Glenn Road, south 87°27' east 301.5 feet to a point, thence
20 run south 501.4 feet to a point, thence run north 89°29' west 301.1 feet to the Point
21 of Beginning.

28 Beginning; thence run south 89°29' east 301.10 feet to a point; thence run south
29 133.6 feet to a point; thence run north 89°29' West 301.0 feet to a point on the east
30 right-of-way of Talley Road; thence run along said Talley Road north 133.6 feet to
31 the Point of Beginning: From R-2, Single-Family District, to C-4, Open Display
32 District (southeast corner of Colonel Glenn Road and Talley Road).

1 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
2 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
3 necessary to affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
4 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30)days after the date of its
5 passage and approval.
6 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
7 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
8 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
9 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
10 ordinance.
11 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
12 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
