3 A RESOLUTION TO SET NOVEMBER 18, 2014, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON UNDEVELOPED WEST
5 31ST STREET FROM JOHN BARROW ROAD, EAST 107.55 FEET TO A
6 PLATTED NORTH/SOUTH ALLEY (G-23-452); AND FOR OTHER
7 PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 abandon the forty (40)-foot wide undeveloped right-of-way for West 31' Street adjacent to Lot 7, Block
11 148 John Barrow Addition and Lot 12, Block 147 John Barrow Addition.
12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
15 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
16 on November 18, 2014.
17 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
18 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
19 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
