"s�� K, r' ' ', C' ray . ) . i 10 WHEREAS, a request was made to abandon the north ninety-nine (99) feet of the twenty (20)-foot 11 wide (north/south) alley right-of-way located within the block bounded by West 26th, West 27t", Allis and 12 Brown Streets (unplatted block) (G-23-448), in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to the City's 13 general Police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14-54-104; and, 14 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the abandonment of the aforementioned easement will 15 not have an adverse impact on the adjacent property owners or the public welfare and safety; 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 18 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons the north ninety-nine (99) 19 feet of the twenty (20)-foot wide (north/south) alley right-of-way located within the block bounded by 20 West 26", West 27t", Allis and Brown Streets (unplatted block) in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. 21 Section 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the real estate 22 records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County,Arkansas. 23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 24 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part 27 of the ordinance. 28 Section 4. Repealer.
