3 AN'biiiiINANCE TO ABANDON A TWENTY (20)-FOOT WIDE ALLEY
4 ADJACENT TO LOTS 11 AND 12 AND LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 16 OF
5 THE HICKS INTERURBAN SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
6 ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, a request was made to abandon the twenty (20)-foot wide alley adjacent to Lots 11 and
9 12 and Lots 13 and 14, Block 16 of the Hicks Interurban Subdivision in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
10 and,
11 WHEREAS, the applicant is the abutting property owner and no other property owners are required
12 to be notified of the abandonment request.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons a twenty (20) feet wide
16 alley adjacent to Lots 11 and 12 and Lots 13 and 14, Block 16 of the Hicks Interurban Subdivision.
17 Section 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the real estate
18 records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
19 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
20 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part
23 of the ordinance.
24 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
25 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
