3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT
4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
5 SHACKLEFORD CROSSING REVISED LONG-FORM PCD (Z-4923-Q),
6 LOCATED AT 2600 SOUTH SHACKLEFORD ROAD, LITTLE ROCK,
7 ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from Revised
13 PCD, Planned Commercial Development,to Revised PCD:
14 Commencing on the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 9 (said point being the SE
15 corner of Lot 1,Interstate 430 Office Park Addition, recorded as Plat#A-497, in the
16 records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County,Arkansas);
17 thence N 87° 31' 39" West, along the south line of the SE '/4, Section 9, 589.84 feet to
18 the point of beginning thence N 87°32' 41"West 978.13 feet to a point on the easterly
19 right-of-way line of Interstate Route No.430; thence northeasterly and northwesterly
20 along said easterly right-of-way line the following bearings and distance, N 55° 59'

8 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
9 Rock Planning Commission.
10 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Shackleford Crossing Revised
11 Long-Form PCD (Z-4923-Q), located at 2600 South Shackleford Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a
12 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of
13 Ordinances.
14 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
15 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
16 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
17 Section 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
18 plan.
19 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
20 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
23 ordinance.
24 Section 7. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
25 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
