3 A RESOLUTION TO RE-APPOINT MR. ANTHONY KENDALL TO THE
4 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER;
5 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. Mr. Anthony Kendall is hereby re-appointed to serve as a member of the Board of
10 Commissioners of Central Arkansas Water, for a term of seven (7) years, with said term to expire June
11 30, 2021.
12 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
