3 A RESOLUTION TO SET AUGUST 19, 2014, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING REGARDING THE PROPOSED USES OF THE 2015 CDBG,
5 HOME AND HOPWA ENTITLEMENT FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, Federal regulations require that a public hearing must be conducted regarding the
9 proposed uses of 2015 CDBG, HOME and HOPWA Entitlement Funds the City anticipates receiving
10 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development;
11 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The public hearing regarding the proposed uses of 2015 CDBG, HOME and HOPWA
14 Entitlement Funds will be held at six o'clock on the 19th day of August, 2014.
15 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
16 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
17 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
