3 A RESOLUTION TO SET AUGUST 19, 2014, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON A TEN (10)-FOOT WIDE
5 DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 1 LOVE
6 ADDITION AND A FIFTEEN (15)-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT
7 LOCATED ON LOT 1R CAMPBELL REPLAT NUMBER 2 (G-22-045), IN
8 THE CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
11 abandon a ten (10)-foot wide drainage and utility easement located on Lot 1 Love Addition and a fifteen
12 (15)-foot utility easement located on Lot IR Campbell Replat Number 2 (G-24-045);
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
16 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
17 on August 19, 2014.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
