3 A RESOLUTION TO SET AUGUST 19, 2014, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON AN ALLEY LOCATED
5 ADJACENT TO LOTS 11 AND 12 AND LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 16 OF
6 THE HICKS INTERURBAN SUBDIVISION (G-23-449), IN THE CITY OF
7 LITTLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 abandon a twenty (20)-foot wide alley adjacent to Lots 11 and 12 and Lots 13 and 14, Block 16 of the
11 Hicks Interurban Subdivision.
12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
15 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
16 on August 16, 2014.
17 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
18 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
19 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
