3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JULY 15, 2014, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON AN ALLEY AND EASEMENTS
5 LOCATED ADJACENT TO LOTS 4 - 6 AND 7 - 9, BLOCK 169 IN THE
6 JOHN BARROW ADDITION (G-23-447), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE,
7 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 abandon a twenty(20)-foot wide alley, including the abandonment of all easements adjacent to Lots 4 - 6
11 and 7 -9, Block 169 in the John Barrow Addition;
12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
15 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
16 on July 15, 2014.
17 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
18 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
19 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
