PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK 1 ORDINANCE NO. 20,8r9ws $20.00 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT 4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED 5 NEWBERN SHORT-FORM PD-R (Z-8939), LOCATED AT 4124 6 FAIRVIEW ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE 7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 9 10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 11 ARKANSAS. 12 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed 13 from R-2, Single-Family,to PD-R, Planned Development- Residential: 14 Lots 5,6 and 7,Block 24,Hillcrest Addition,to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski 15 County,Arkansas. 16 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended 17 by the Little Rock Planning Commission. 18 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Newbern Short-Form 19 PD-R (Z-8939), located at 4124 Fairview Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval 20 within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of Ordinances. 21 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of 22 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the 23 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 24 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final 25 approval of the plan. 26 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 27 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 28 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain 29 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not 30 originally a part of the ordinance. 31 SECTION 7. Repealer.
