HomeMy WebLinkAbout20886 2014035679 Received: 6/20/2014 1:51:38 PM Recorded: 06/20/2014 01:59:47 PM Filed & Recorded in Official Records of Larry Crane, PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK 1 ORDINANCE NO. 20,888 es $25.00 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 20,112 (JUNE 2, 2009) 4 TITLED BLUE WAVE EXPRESS CARWASH SHORT-FORM PD-C AND 5 REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT; AND FOR OTHER 6 PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS,Ordinance No.20,112 was passed on June 2,2009,establishing a planned zoning 9 district titled Blue Wave Express Carwash Short-Form PD-C(Z-8446-A), located at 801 East 6th Street; 10 and 11 WHEREAS, the carwash approved for Blue Wave Express Carwash Short-Form 12 PD-C (Z-8446-A), located at 801 East 6ch Street, is no longer a viable project and the owner of the 13 subject property has requested the repeal of the PZD, Planned Zoning Development, ordinance and 14 restoration of the zoning classification as previously existed. 15 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission reviewed the request for revocation for 16 Blue Wave Express Carwash Short-Form PD-C (Z-8446-A) at their May 15, 2014, public hearing and 17 voted 9 ayes,0 nays and 2 absent to forward the revocation request to the Little Rock Board of Directors 18 for final action. 19 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 20 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 21 SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 20,112 is hereby repealed, removing from the Official 22 Zoning Map the classification PD-C, Planned Development-Commercial. 23 SECTION 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 29 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 30 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain 31 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not 32 originally a part of the ordinance. 33 SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are 34 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such 35 inconsistency.
