3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT
4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED GKS
5 DEVELOPMENT SHORT-FORM PID (Z-5016-B), LOCATED AT 5510
6 WEST 65TH STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed
13 from C-4, Open Display District,to PID, Planned Industrial District:
14 Tract 27 of Leigh-Butler Acres being located in Section 30,Township 1 North,
15 Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, less and except the west twenty-
16 five(25)feet of Tract 27;dedicated as a Road,recorded in Deed Records Book
17 888, Page 203, filed August 31, 1964, and also less and except the following
18 described property,dedicated for Street, recorded in Deed Record Book 992,
19 Page 131 filed April 5, 1967, part of Tract 27 Leigh-Butler Acres, beginning
20 at the southeast corner of Tract 27; thence north 00°23'56" west, 12.0 feet
21 thence south 89°17'40" West, 306.74 feet; thence south 00°10'20" west, 12.0
22 feet; thence north 89°17'38"east,306.68 feet to the point of beginning.
23 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended
24 by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
25 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for GKS Development
26 Short-form PID(Z-5016-B), located at 5510 West 65'x'Street, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan
27 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of
28 Ordinances.
29 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
30 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
31 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

1 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,
2 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
3 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain
4 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
5 originally a part of the ordinance.
6 SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
7 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
8 inconsistency.
