3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN (20,117)
4 TO ADD AN ALTERNATIVE DESIGN STANDARD ON DAVID O. DODD
5 ROAD (MSP14-02); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES;

7 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Master Street Plan Amendment
8 and now recommends it for adoption;
9 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
10 OF LITTLE ROCK:
11 Section 1. Located in TIN RI 3W Sec. 27 and 28, the segment of David O. Dodd Road from
12 Stagecoach Road on the east to the proposed north south arterial that connects to Crystal Valley Road on
13 the west,an Alternative Design Standard is placed on this segment on the Master Street Plan Map.
14 Section 2. The text of the Master Street Plan Section 2: Road Classifications and Designs Standards
15 is amended to add another alternative design standard to the Minor Arterials with Alternative Design
16 Standards. The text shall be as follows:
17 Right-of-way ninety (90) feet with a forty-eight (48)-foot street width with sidewalks on both sides.
18 The sidewalks will be built at the edge of the right-of-way.

23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
27 ordinance.
28 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
29 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
