3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 17, 2014, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON A PETITION TO VACATE THE PLAT OF FAIRLANE ACRES
5 SUBDIVISION AND TO ABANDON ALL RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND
6 EASEMENTS WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE PLAT (G-23-444), IN
7 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
11 vacate the plat of Fairlane Acres Subdivision and to abandon all rights-of-way and easements within the
12 boundary of the plat, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104;
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easements shall be held at
16 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
17 o'clock on June 17, 2014.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
