4 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A NEW COMMISSIONER TO THE
5 BOARD OF IMPROVEMENT FOR THE TALL TIMBER WEST
6 RECREATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 OF THE CITY OF
7 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas established the Tall Timber
10 West Recreation Improvement District No. 3 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "District"), by
11 adopting Ordinance No. 15,091, enacted on May 6, 1986 (the"Formation Ordinance");and
12 WHEREAS, one (1) member of the Board of Improvement created by the City to pursuant to the
13 Formation Ordinance has resigned; and
14 WHEREAS, the property owners in the District have requested the City to appoint a replacement
15 member to the Board of Tall Timber Recreational Improvement District#3
16 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. That LaShell Brown, duly qualified elector of the City and property owner within the
19 District, is hereby appointed Commissioner of the District and shall constitute a Board Member of Tall
20 Timber Recreational Improvement District.
21 Section 2. That such Commissioner shall qualify by taking the Oath of Office prescribed by Arkansas
22 Law and shall enter upon and conduct their duties all as prescribed by applicable law.
23 Section 3. This resolution shall be in force from and after the date of its approval.
