That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 13 Revised POD, Planned Office District,to Revised POD: 14 Lots 11 and 12 Edward's Subdivision of the Northeast '/4 Northwest 'A, Section 9, 15 Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly 16 described as follows: A tract of land in the NE 'A NW '/4 Section 9, T-1-N, R-13-W, 17 City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: 18 Starting at an iron pin at the SW Corner of the said NE'A,NW'A;thence S88°58'50"E 19 along the south line of said NE%,NW'A for 43.55 feet to the point of beginning thence 20 along a curve to the right having a radius of 740.00 feet by a chord bearing 21 N04°29'26"W for 115.46 feet to an iron pin at the end of said curve;thence N00°00'59" 22 for 239.97 feet to an iron pin;thence S87°45'15"for 129.7.25 feet to an iron pin;thence 23 S01°44'14"W for 327.12 feet to an iron pin at the SE Corner of the NE '/4 NW 1/4; 24 thence N88°58'50"W along the south line of the said NE 1/4 NW 'A for 1277.33 feet to 25 the point of beginning; containing 10.102 acres,more or less. 26 Section 2. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 4 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 5 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 6 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 7 ordinance. 8 Section 7. Repealer.
