AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION
REQUIREMENTS FOR CRYSTAL VALLEY ROAD AND
WHIPPOORWILL LANE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
waiver of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the Davis Addition
Preliminary Plat located on the east side of west side of Crystal Valley Road just south of
Whippoorwill Lane.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be waived
for a proposed two lot plat. The specific waiver is for widening and improving
Crystal Valley Road and Whippoorwill Lane.
Subsection b. A right -of -way dedication of 45' from centerline will be required
for Crystal Valley Road and a dedication of 25' from centerline will be required
on Whippoorwill Lane as called for in the Master Street Plan.
Subsection c. Any future zoning actions or re- development or re- platting of the
site will be subject to Master Street Plan requirements.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
