19259ORDINANCE NO. 19,259 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGHWAY 10. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a five year deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the Presley Planned Commercial Development located on the north side of Highway 10 near Goodson Road. Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred for a period of five years or until adjacent development occurs, whichever occurs first. The specific waiver is for widening and improving Highway 10. Subsection b. The existing right -of -way dedication meets what is called for in the Master Street Plan. Subsection c. Any future zoning actions, subdivision actions, or re- development of the site will be subject to Master Street Plan requirements. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
