3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK.,
4 ORDINANCE NO. 19,232 (NOVEMBER 1, 2004) TO CHANGE THE
5 NUMBER TO 19,232 -A; TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

S WHEREAS, the Board of Directors approved Little Rock, Ark. Ordinance No.
9 19,232 (November 1, 2004), which established City of Little Rock Municipal Property
10 Owners' Multipurpose Improvement District No. 21 (Bella Rosa Project), and
11 WHEREAS, the number given to this Ordinance was a duplicate and the Board
12 of Directors wishes to re- assign it No. 19,232 -A;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
14 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby reassigns No. 19,232 -A to the
16 Ordinance passed as No. 19,232 on November 1, 2004, which established the City of
17 Little Rock Municipal Property Owners' Multipurpose Improvement District No. 21
18 (Bella Rosa Project).
19 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
20 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid
21 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
22 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
23 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
24 ordinance.
25 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances, resolutions, bylaws, and other matters
26 inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

I Section 4. Emergency. It is hereby found and determined that an immediate need
2 exists to renumber the ordinance passed on November 1, 2004, as No. 19,232 to 19,232 -A; it is,
3 therefore, declared that an emergency exists, and this ordinance, being necessary for the
4 immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, shall take effect and be in force
5 from and after its passage.
