4 ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
5 OF A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED JOHNSON
6 REVISED SHORT-FORM PD-C (Z-8490-B), LOCATED AT 4314 ASHER
7 AVENUE, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
8 20,372 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
9 ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1.That Ordinance No. 20,372, adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on December 7,
14 2010, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Johnson
15 Revised Short-Form PD-C (Z-8490-B), located at 4314 Asher Avenue.
16 Section 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from revised
17 PD-C,Planned Development—Commercial,to Revised PD-C:
18 Lots 10 and 11, Block 3, Riffel and Holders Addition to the City of Little Rock,
19 Pulaski County,Arkansas.
20 Section 3. The approval is subject to the following condition:
21 • The hours of operation for the private club are limited to 4:30 PM to 2:00 AM daily.
22 Section 4. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
23 Rock Planning Commission.
24 Section 5.That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Johnson Revised Short-Form PD-
25 C (Z-8490-B), located at 4314 Asher Avenue, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within
26 the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of Ordinances.
27 Section 6. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
28 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
29 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 Section 7. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
31 plan.

1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
3 ordinance.
4 Section 9. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
5 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
