3 A RESOLUTION TO SET DECEMBER 3, 2013, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE PETITION TO RESCIND THE PLANNING
5 COMMISSION'S ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
6 PERMIT TO ALLOW A MULTI-SECTIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME
7 AT 8419 HIDDEN VALLEY ROAD (Z-8880); AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the rescission of the Planning
11 Commission's action in approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow a multi-sectional manufactured
12 home at 8419 Hidden Valley Road (Z-8880), pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark.
13 Code Ann. §14-54-104, in the City of Little Rock.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The hearing on the petition to rescind the Planning Commission's approval of a request to
17 approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow a multi-sectional manufactured home at 8419 Hidden Valley
18 Road(Z-8880) shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board
19 Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 3'day of December, 2013.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
