A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PROCEED WITH THE ACOUISITION OF FOURTEEN
PARCELS OF LAND REOUIRED FOR THE BLOUNT
ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the City Real Estate Officer has bargained with
the owners of certain real property to purchase fourteen par-
cels of land required for right-of-way for the Blount Road
Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, a memorandum summarizing the action necessary
to obtain each parcel of land has been submitted for approval
and copies of said memoranda are attached hereto as exhibits .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to
proceed with the acquisition of fourteen parcels of land
required for the Blount Road Improvement Project.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
