A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5 ,889
PERTAINING TO A TENNIS PROFESSIONAL AT WALKER
AND REBSAMEN TENNIS CENTERS AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . Resolution No. 5 , 889 adopted January 17 ,
1978 pertaining to a Tennis Professional at the Walker and
Rebsamen Tennis Centers is hereby amended to read as follows :
"The Tennis Professional and/or only his
designated representative shall have the
exclusive right to give tennis lessons at
the Walker and Rebsamen Tennis Centers at
a fee not to exceed $9 . 00 per half hour or
$18 . 00 per hour, unless otherwise approved
by the City, and retain all such revenue
unto himself. The Tennis Professional is
expected to provide these services on a
yearly basis to build and promote tennis
programs . The Tennis Professional is
expected to provide group lessons . The
fees charged for said lessons shall be
approved by the Parks and Recreation
Department Director. "
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
