The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the 24 appropriate documents to acquire property at 5013 Maryland Avenue, for the amount of Seventy-Seven 25 Thousand Dollars($77,000.00), for use as a public park for the future expansion of War Memorial Park. 26 Section 3. Funds for this purchase are available from the proceeds of the sale of the City's interest in 27 Ray Winder Field to the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas. 28 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 29 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and 31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 32 resolution. 33 Section 5. Repealer.
